Renderings, interior images, floor plans, areas, finishes, furniture, landscaping and the map are illustrative and may change during design and construction. Areas are approximate. The binding specification is the one set out in the agreement.
3. Availability, prices and payment terms
Apartment availability shown on the site is indicative. It is updated automatically from our records and may differ from the actual status at the moment you read it, so please confirm it with us. An apartment is reserved only under a written agreement and after the payment agreed in it. Prices and payment terms are given on request and may change without notice.
4. No advice, no promises of returns
The site does not give legal, tax, financial or investment advice. We do not promise or guarantee income, yield, rental returns or price growth. Rules on ownership by foreigners (including Freehold, Leasehold and quotas) are complex: please take independent legal advice before you decide.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are handled by the competent courts of Thailand, unless mandatory law of your country provides otherwise.
